After finishing graduate school in 2024, I received the opportunity of a lifetime – to move to New York City. Though catalyzed by my career, I have long loved the city that never sleeps. Its vibrancy, diversity, and hope are inspiring and motivating. Each time I leave my house, I learn something new. Best of all are the parks – sprawling ones like Prospect Park or Central Park are a delight to walk through, while smaller local parks generate feelings of community and coziness. I am grateful to experience and give back to this place.
